Basic idea is to have an embessy at the street level and to have a residential built up for the commissioner towards the water body.Designed in organic geometry under a circular grid to generate continuity between spaces, a stimulation to flow through them. There are intermittent openings inside to create the feeling of a colonnade connecting the gardens to blur the limit between inside-outside.
